From Renuka to Guruji
Pujya Guruji
I bow down yearning for your blessings.
I would like to share my little experiences with you.
I returned back from AVS (Atma Vidya Shibira) to Mumbai. Highly charged with positivity and happiness, I was (and am) determined to carry on path to towards oneness with the Divine Supreme. As I boarded the bus, I decided I wanted to sleep. But to my surprise, there was not an ounce of sleep. Prior I had complained to Guruji that I sleep a lot. But now with his blessings, NO SLEEP at all. I am active and happy, there are lots of Bhajans that keep rolling on in my thought process. I am observing this change.
I am practising Kriya Yoga early every morning for nearly an hour. I am not able to make it exactly one hour. I stop after every 20 mins of meditation. That itself charges me up. I feel a huge wave of happiness flowing within me which I cannot keep it to myself. I share this with the rising sun and my family and plants and whatever I can love aroundme.
As Guruji mentioned, I am having difficulty in my throat, I cough very often. I believe this is part of the purification process.
Every moment of emptiness, I surge into meditation unknowingly. I love it. Prior, I did not have time for meditation and now, it seems like that is all I do the whole day through.
THANK YOU GURUJI for this wonderful gift.
Yearning for blessings at your feet

An Experience of Kriya Yoga
Dear Guruji,
Ever since my return from the ashram, I have become an observer. How does my surrounding environment and people affect my mind? If one can feel the beauty of this effect, I think its wonderful.
I have been on an official visit to Goa for 2 days. Since I stay in Mumbai, I am surrounded with pollution, no fresh air, negativity and not so very good food habits. My journey was with one of my office colleague by bus. I landed Goa in the early hours of morning. I was not tired. The atmosphere in Goa had a different effect on my mind. I was fresh both health and mind (though I was stinking from the heat of the journey). We checked into the hotel and I did 2 Suryanamaskars as exercise and got refreshed. No Kriya Yoga. We were supposed to be having brainstroming sessions in our Goa office.
Surprisingly, end of the day, I was as refreshed as in the morning. I had different food, I wanted to continue to work. This is a very different me. This is not usual me. I knew myself to be physically weak, who soon gets tired mentally too and food change has an immediate effect on my digestive system.
Guruji, I strongly believe this is the effects of Kriya Yoga. My body has built in some natural immune system of its own. Now the food and mind do not effect my own self. Yet I love to observe this.
My colleague was fatigued by the bus journey, and I am here ready to start a new day. Every morning is a new gift. I now strongly believe that what makes me happy is what my SELF is enjoying within me, this is HIS creation. Through me HE sees and feels the creation.
